Inside Sales Coordinator
ANDE is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Inside Sales Coordinator to support the daily operational activities of the Sales organization. This role helps ensure that customer orders, inventory needs, contracts, renewals, sales documentation, and internal requests are coordinated accurately and efficiently. The Sales Coordinator works closely with Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Field Scientists, Finance, Operations, and other internal teams to provide a seamless experience for customers throughout the sales and order fulfillment process.
The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented approach, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while coordinating activities across several departments. The Sales Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate records, creating and managing orders, solving problems, coordinating internal requests, and supporting both customers and sales team members. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys creating order, maintaining accurate records, solving problems, and providing reliable operational support to help the Sales organization and its customers succeed.
